7th Sultan of Perak: Sultan Mansur Shah II ibni Almarhum Raja Kechil Lasa (1619-1627)

Sultan Mansur Shah II was the nephew of Sultan Mukaddam Shah and younger brother of Sultan Alauddin, the 5th Sultan of Perak.

He had his seat of residence at Semat.

In 1627, Sultan Iskandar Muda Mahkota Alam of Acheh invaded and subdued Perak and Sultan Mansur Shah was dethroned. Perak then became a dependency of Acheh for 50 years.

Sultan Mansur Shah II had a second wife in Johor. On one of his regular trips to visit his wife, he was taken ill and mangkat. He was interred in Johor and was given the posthumous title Marhum Mangkat Di-Johor.
