Welcome to SembangKuala Blog v2.0

It may be six entries late, but better late than never to wish all you readers a warm welcome to the new look blog for SembangKuala.com. The blog section of the website still contains the same entries and photographs as before but with a few changes.

The Categories of the SembangKuala posts has been streamlined and you can check it out by clicking the BROWSE link in the above toolbar below the header. The content of each category is highlighted by merely pointing the mouse over each option like so:

If you do not know which Category to choose from, head straight to top right Search the Archives box where you can type in a keyword of your chosen subject matter:

In this instance, you will see all the posts containing the keyword ‘Sultan Idris’. This is the easiest way to navigate around SembangKuala if you have a specific topic in mind.

We now have a Recent Comments section in the far right sidebar which alerts you if any of the discussions you have been participating in following commenting on a post has had a response from another reader. If you prefer, you can suscribe to SembangKuala via RSS above.

We hope you continue to enjoy this website with its newly improved features. Any comments or suggestions are welcome, and you can email us at admin@sembangkuala.com.

  1. SEMBANGKUALA BLOG is always updated, recently with a new look;a new perspective and previledged with a board of consultant editors headed by the highly esteemed YM Raja Shah Kobat. We are sending a strong message to all, especially members of the Perak Royal Household to come forward and join us to place the “Institusi Raja Raja Melayu” in its rightful place in the Sovereign Constitution of our beloved Nation. Please allow me to share an editorial dated April 19th 2009, a quote from the speech of His Royal highness Raja Dr.Nazrin Shah, The Raja Muda of Perak: “Raja Melayu adalah lambang kedaulatan – simbol kekuatan warga – payung mahkota negara. Raja Melayu itu memberi identiti kepada negara Bangsa.” (unquote)
Towards this SEMBANGKUALA BLOG must not only be seen as merely another source of historical archive but must also be recognised as a contemporary contributor to the upkeeping and relevance of the Royal Institution in the Main Stream of our beloved Nation.
