Baitul Aman was another mansion of Raja Harun Al Rashid ibni Almarhum Sultan Idris I, and was built for his second wife, Che Sareah binti Dato Ahmad, otherwise known as Che Ah. Like Baitul Anor, the name of the mansion was named after Raja Aman Shah (later Captain in the FMSVF), the eldest son of Raja Harun Al Rashid and Che Sareah.
Architecturally, Baitul Aman was described to be identical with Baitul Rahmah, another one of Raja Harun Al Rashid’s mansions on Bukit Chandan.
Baitul Aman became unoccupied in later years and was sadly destroyed in a fire in 2006.
The charred remains of Baitul Aman is located on Jalan Raja Muda in Bukit Chandan, Kuala Kangsar.
