This was Almarhum Sultan Idris I’s third visit to England, this time for the coronation of Edward VII in 1902. It was after this trip that his son, Raja Alang Iskandar, returned with him to Perak. Raja Alang Iskandar by then had completed his studies at Balliol College in Oxford.
